Shoqeria Vellezerit Hysa shpk pasi: • Nuk ploteson kerkesen 2.3.3 per kualifikim lidhur me deklarimin e mosangazhimit te stafit pasi ne deklarate nuk shprehet se punonjesit jane te pa angazhuar ne pune te tjera ne proces, por do te jene te pa angazhuar . Duke qene se nga tabela e puneve qe kjo shoqeri ka deklaruar se ka ne proces rezulton se ka ne proces kater pune me vlera te konsiderueshme, rezulton se stafi i kesaj shoqerie eshte i angazhuar dhe nuk ploteson kerkesen per kualifikim. • Nuk ploteson kerkesen 2.3.10 per kualifikim lidhur me deklarimin e mosangazhimit te mjeteve dhe paisjeve pasi ne deklarate nuk shprehet se mjetet jane te pa angazhuar ne pune te tjera ne proces, por do te jene te pa angazhuar .
