Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “Alb Building: • Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin ne perputhje me kriteret e dhena ne dokumnetet e tenderit. 2. “ALB TIFBAU & ERAL CONSTRUKSION COMPANY & JOGI & STERKAJ” • Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin ne perputhje me kriteret e dhena ne dokumnetet e tenderit. Puna e ngjashme e paraqitur nga Bashkimi i Operatoreve ekonomik nuk ploteson perqindjen pjesmarrese te secilit ne kete bashkim operatoresh. • BOE nuk disponon stafin e nevojshem per realizimin e kesaj kontrate pasi disa nga drejtuesit teknik te propozuar per kete procedure konkretisht nga Eral Konstruksion dhe Sterkaj jane te angazhuar ne kontrate tjeter ne proces ndertimi te lidhur me Autoritetin Rrugor Shqiptar 3. “ SIRETA 2F & KUPA & EURO ALB”: • Nuk plotesohet pika 2.3.1 mbi punen e ngjashme pasi totali i puneve te ngjashme te paraqitura nuk arrin vleren 50 % te fondit limit ne kerkuar ne DST. • Nuk plotesohet pika 2.3.3 pasi nuk plotesohen pikat e licences Np-5 B dhe NS-6 B.
