Operatori ekonomik “ PE VLA KU “shpk , nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e kritereve te vecanta per kualifkim pasi, 1.1Aksionet e Operatorit “PE VLA KU shpk” , me Urdhrin Nr. 1303 Prot, datë 18.12.2017, "Për Vendosjen e sekuestros konservative",te permbaruesit Gjyqesor Altin Vako , jane nen sekuestro conservative . Operatori PE VLA KU shpk nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.3.7 te kritereve te vecanta per kualifkim (Dëshmi për mjetet e pajisjet teknike, që ka në dispozicion apo mund ti vihen në dispozicion operatorit ekonomik, që nevojiten për ekzekutimin e kontratës ). |
