INERTI Shpk : - Oferta Ekonomike ka gabime me shume se vlera absolute e lejuar referuar LPP dhe VKM Nr.914 dhe mosplotesim te disa kritereve te vecanta te DST-se. 2 . Gjikuria Shpk & Ante-Group Shpk : - Kontrata nuk eshte detajuar sipas percaktimeve te VKM 914 dhe LPP,OE kane bere ndarje ne vlera totale po pa percaktuar punet konkrete qe do te realizoje secili nga OE dhe mosplotesim te disa kritereve te vecanta te DST-se. 3.
