Ka pasur ankesa: Ka patur lidhur me kriteret e vendosura ne KPP e cila me vendimin nr.649/2019, date
10.10.2019 administruar ne Spitalin Rajonal Fier me nr.4484, date 14.10.2019 ka vendosur
modifikimin pjeserisht te DST. Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. “N U H A J” sh.p.k : Nuk ka permbushur kriteret e vendosura në DST perkatesisht : Ne shtojcen nr.7 Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit nen titulin “Për kapacitetin teknik” pika 2.3.4 eshte kerkuar qe : Operatori ekonomik duhet te kete minimalisht, paisje teknike te nevojshme bashkekohore per realizimin e kontrates, apo pajisje teknike që mund t’i vihen në dispozicion operatorit ekonomik për të përmbushur kontratën . • Nga ana e OE “N U H A J” sh.p.k Fier nuk është eshte specifikuar kapaciteti i urave ngritese te cilat duheshin me kapacitet jo me pak se 3.5 ton. • Nga ana e OE “N U H A J” sh.p.k Fier nuk është dorëzuar certifikata Iso 9001-2015 apo ekuivalenti i saj. |
