Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Bashkimi i operatoreve ANAKONDA Security SHPK & Anakonda SHPK Kishte mungesë në dokumentacionin e kërkuar. a) Nuk ploteson kete kriter Punonjeseve. b) Ne kontraten e qerase per sallen, mungon Certifikata e pronesise dhe kartela hipotekore per Anakonda. c) Oferta eshte llogaritur mujore kur ne DST eshte kerkuar ditore. d) Mungon fatura per vitin 2015 nga Bashkia Tepelene per taksen vendore per Anakonda Security. e) Mungojne formularet e deklarimit te pagesave te sigurimeve shoqerore per vitin 2014 per muajt, janar,shkurt, prill,maj, korrik gushte per Anakonda Security. f) Mungon fatura e pageses AKEP per vitin 2014 per Anakonda Security. g) Ne kontraten e qerase per sallen, mungon Certifikata e pronesise dhe kartela hipotekore per Anakonda Security. 2. GLOBAL Security SHPK Kishte mungesë në dokumentacionin e kërkuar. a) Formulari i ofertes eshte perllogaritur gabim, ne vendrojen me turnin e dyte dhe te trete nuk eshte llogaritur shtesa e turnit te trete. b) Nuk lexohen faturat dhe mandate pagesat per taksat vendore ne bashkine Vlore per vitet 2014- 2015, per bashkine Mat mungojne faturat per vitet 2015-2016. dhe per vitin 2014 mungojne vertetimi, fatura dhe mandate pagesa. c) Listpagesat per vitin 2016 mungojne. d) Vetem 8 punonjes perputhen me listen e deklaruar ne DVp Vlore, 2 jane paraqitur certifikata fotokopje. e) Ne kontraten e qerase se salles mungon certifikata e pronesise dhe kartela hipotekore. 4. MYRTO Security SHPK Kishte mungesë në dokumentacionin e kërkuar. a) Formulari i ofertes eshte perllogaritur mujore dhe jo ditore sipas kerkeses ne DST. b) Mungon fatura dhe mandate pagesa per taksat vendore te vitit 2015 per bashkine Tirane. c) Certifikatat e punonjesve nuk korespondojne me listen sipas DVP Vlore, vetem 3 prej tyre perputhen. 5. NAZERI 2000 SHPK, NIPT-i K 31422029 Q Skualifikohet si zbatim i vendimit nr.417/2017 pika 2 të K.P.P. Autoriteti Kontraktor anuloi vendimin e KVO-së për kualifikimin e operatorit ekonomik NAZERI2000 SHPK duke e skualifikuar këtë operator. 6. Semani Security SHPK Kishte mungesë në dokumentacionin e kërkuar. a. Mungon deklarata e konfliktit te interesit. b. Mungon deklarata e gjendjes gjyqesore. c.
