Një dokument që vërteton se : a) ka plotësuar detyrimet fiskale, b) ka paguar të gjitha detyrimet e sigurimeve shoqërore , të lëshuar nga Administrata Tatimore. Vërtetim për xhiro mesatare vjetore për tre vitet e fundit (2014, 2015, 2016) jo me te ulet se vlera e fondit limit qe prokurohet.
