Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Power Industries” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - nuk ploteson piken 2 te Paragrafit 2.3 "Per Kapacitetin Teknik" te kerkuar ne DST nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, pasi nuk ka paraqitur ISO 900:2015 per prodhuesin per te gjithe Kompanite Prodhuesi te deklaruara ne Oferten Teknike. - nuk ploteson piken 4 te Paragrafit 2.3 "Per Kapacitetin Teknik" te kerkuar ne DST nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, pasi nuk ka dokument qe verteton autorizim prodhuesi ose dostributori zyrtar, pervec nga nje prodhues/perfaqesues Iveco (AutoVision ALB) te deklaruara ne oferten Teknike. |
