Operatori Ekonomik ofertues duhet te kete te punesuar minimalishte 4 (kater) specialist me specializime Saldator, ku punonjesi Erion Barjamaj nuk figuron ne listpagesen e shoqerise per muajin Shtator 2018. - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur kontrata te ngjashme sipas percaktimeve ne piken 2.3 kapaciteti teknik, germa a) e DST. - Operatori ekonomik nuk ka parqitur Certifikate/deshmi trajnimi per specialist per sigurimin teknik dhe mbrojtjen ne pune te punonjesve, te leshuar nga subjekte kompetente publike ose private sipas percaktimit ne piken 2.1 kapaciteti ligjor/professional, germa d) te dokumentave Standarte te Tenderit. - Eksperti zjarfikes me Certifikate/deshmi te leshuar nga Ministria e Puneve te Brendeshme nuk eshte ne stafin drejtues teknik, i pasqyruar ne licencen e kompanise, sic kerkohet ne piken 2.1 kapaciteti ligjor/professional, germa d) te dokumentave Standarte te Tenderit.
