Nuk ka pasur ankesa.
Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomik si me poshte, per arsyet e meposhtme:
1. SHENDELLI:
- Listepagesat e Kontributeve te Sigurimeve Shoqerore, Shendetesore dhe Tatimit mbi te Ardhurat nga Punesimi, te paraqitura per periudhen Mars - Dhjetor 2018, jane te pafirmosura dhe te pavulosura nga Drejtoria Rajonale Tatimore Fier dhe Urdherpagesat e paraqitura per periudhen Shkurt - Dhjetor 2018, jane te pavulosura nga banka.
- Per punonjesin Manovrator D.Gurguri, nuk eshte paraqitur deshmia e kualifikimit, deshmia e aftesise profesionale dhe libreza e punes sic eshte kerkuar ne DST.
- Per punonjesin Manovrator E.Beqo, nuk eshte paraqitur deshmia e kualifikimit, deshmia e aftesise profesionale dhe libreza e punes sic eshte kerkuar ne DST.
- Nuk eshte paraqitur dokumentacioni tekniko-ligjor i duhur per mjetin Bitumatrice, sic eshte kerkuar ne DST. Kjo vjen ne kundershtim me ligjin nr. 8308, date 18.03.1998 “Per transportet rrugore”.
- Nuk eshte paraqitur dokumentacioni tekniko-ligjor i duhur per mjetin Grejder, sic eshte kerkuar ne DST. Kjo vjen ne kundershtim me ligjin nr. 8308, date 18.03.1998 “Per transportet rrugore”.
2. SARK :
- Per mjetin Rimorkiator me targa AER165, nuk eshte paraqitur dokumentacioni i duhur tekniko-ligjor sic eshte kerkuar ne DST. Kjo vjen ne kundershtim me nenin 41, te ligjit nr. 8308, date 18.03.1998 “Per transportet rrugore”.
- Nuk eshte paraqitur dokumentacioni i kerkuar ne DST per mjetin Minieskavator (1).
