Për shkak të nevojave të shtimit të disa llojeve të elektropompave të reja (të paparashikuara në
preventivin e hedhur në DST)ardhur si rezultat ndërhyrjeve që duhen realizuar në stacionin e
Pompimit Pishina,Stacion Pompimi Pezë dhe Stacioni i Pompimit Pezë –Helmas si dhe ndryshimit
të specifikimeve teknike.
Duke qënë se kjo proçedurë prokurimi do të rihidhet në sistemin elektronik çdo operator
ekonomik i interesuar mund të paraqesë dhe të përgatisë dokumentacionin për proçeduren e re që
do të zhvillohet, çka do të thotë se ky anullim nuk i dëmton interesat reale të këtyre operatorëve
në këtë fazë që aktualisht është kjo proçedurë që po anullohet. |
