Projekti i Konektivitetit të Rrugëve Rajonale dhe Lokale shenjon një hap të rëndësishëm në dobi të qytetarëve. Ai parashikon impakt në rritjen potenciale të aktiviteteve bujqësore dhe turisitike duke përmirësuar aksesin në zonat e përzgjedhura, si dhe forcim të kapaciteteve të bashkive për menaxhimin e aseteve të tyre rrugore. Buxheti: 50 milionë USD. Kohëzgjatja: 2018 – 2022 Financues: Banka Botërore Shtrirja gjeografike: 3 qarqe (Fier, Korçë, Shkodër); 3 bashki (Fier, Pogradec, Shkodër) Përfitues: 80 mijë banorë Objektivi i Programit: Përmirësimi i aksesit në qendrat e përzgjedhura bujqësore dhe turistike dhe forcimi i kapaciteteve të bashkive për të menaxhuar asetet e tyre rrugore. Programi është ndërtuar mbi dy shtylla kryesore: reduktimin e kohës dhe kostos së udhëtimit për shkak të rrugëve më të mira dhe më të shpejta; dhe lidhja e shtuar me qendrat turistike dhe qasja e prodhuesve bujqësorë drejt tregjeve dhe qendrave agropërpunuese. |

Reconstruction of the road Roskovec Poshnje. The construction period is 12 months. This project lies in the central-southern area of Albania. This segment has the number Sh-73 and connects the national road SH-4 with the city of Berat. This project includes the districts of Fier and Berat. The population under this project is 50,000 inhabitants. The road to be reconstructed is 13,019 km long; it starts at the Patos Intersection of the district and district of Fier and ends at the Intersection of this road with the BeratLushnje road. This whole segment crosses Roskovec, Strume, Kutalli, Rerez until the roundabout of Poshnja. |
