Mungon Autorizimi per Tregtim nga Ministria e Shendetesise në kundërshtim me pikën j të KVK të DST ( të modifikuara); a) Katalogët nuk janë të përkthyer në gjuhen shqipe në kundërshtim me pikën g të KVK të DST, -Certifikatat CE të prodhuesit të deklaruar Nano Therapeutics, sipas faqes zyrtare www.itczlin.cz figurojne invalid pra të pavlefshme; b) Artikulli nr. 18 i deklaruar ne katalog nga prodhuesi Acuramed nuk eshte plotesuar ne shtojcen 1 Formulari i Ofertës; c) Artikulli 42 i deklaruar ne shtojcen 1 me prodhues Boston Scientific nuk egziston si permase as ne catalog dhe as ne certifikimin CE; d) Artikujt 1 dhe 2 te deklaruar ne shtojcen 1 me prodhues kompaninë Eucatech, nuk egzistojnë si modele ne katalog (nuk janë as të shënjuara). 3.
