Nuk ka pasur ankesa. JAne skualifikuar: 1.Novatech Studio. Nuk ploteson kriterin e numrit mesatar te punonjesve per janar-mars 2018 per pjesmarrje ne Lotin IV+ Loti III, percaktuar si kriter ne DT KVK: PJESMARRJA NË MË SHUMË SE NJË LOT: - Nese nje operator ekonomik konkuron ne me shume se 1 lot te kesaj procedure prokurimi atehere ai duhet te zoteroje kapacitetet teknike, ekonomike financiare dhe kualifikimin profesional per te realizuar objektin e procedures se prokurimit, pra te gjitha loteve se bashku. Ne kete kuptim edhe kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim ( si psh kategorite e licensave, nr. i punonjesve, kontratat e ngjashme, xhiro., etj) duhet te plotesohen nga operatori ekonomik ne varesi te loteve qe ai konkuron. Numri mesatar i punonjesve per Novatechun eshte 9, nderkohe qe per Lotin IV+ Lotin III duhet te jete jo me i vogel se 18 (tetembedhjete) punonjes per periudhen Janar 2018-mars 2018. 2.B-Vaal Engineering Shpk Nuk ploteson kriterin e kontratave te ngjashme . |
