Në datë 06.08.2018 është paraqitur pranë Fondit dhe ka dorëzuar mostrat, por nga hapja dhe verifikimi i mostrave në prani të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave, ka rezultuar se mungonin mostrat e parashikuara në zërin 13 dhe 20 të tabelës të publikuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor në Shtojcën 10 të DT. b. Nga shqyrtimi i dokumentacionit të dorëzuar ka rezultuar se nuk është paraqitur Certifikata e menaxhimit të cilësisë ISO 9001:2008 për të gjithë produktet, e cila kërkohet të jetë e vlefshme në kohën e zhvillimit të tenderit. 2. Operatori ekonomik “ERISONI COMPANY” sh.p.k. për arsyet si vijon: Gjatë shqyrtimit nga ana e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave konstatohet se nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokumentacion kualifikues, dhe për këtë arsye ky operator ekonomik nuk kualifikohet. |
