Mostra e dorëzuar nuk përmbush të gjitha specifikimet teknike të kërkuara(sipas shkresës nr.02 datë 08.01.2018 të Laboratorit Fiziko-Mekanik dhe Kimik të Tekstilit dhe Lëkurës). 2.
