Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar: 1. Operatori ekonomik “Montal”shpk: Nuk kishte paraqitur oferte ekonomike, dokumetacion ligjor, teknik si dhe nuk kishte paraqitur mostra. 2. Operatori ekonomik “Euromed” shpk: • Ne kataloget e ofruar nga OE Euromed, sipas kerkeses se Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit pika 2.3c, performanca e deklaruar e filtrit te laboratorit te ofruar nga OE Euromed eshte 2x105. Kjo performance nuk perputhet me kerkesen e specifikimeve tona teknike te cilat qartesisht kerkojne qe performaca e filtrit te laboratorit për gjak të plotë dhe koncentrat eritrocitar, duhet të jete e tille qe te lejoje nje numer residual leukocitesh me te vogel se 5x104. Mosplotesimi I ketij kriteri perben aresye per skualifikim te OE Euromed pasi ky eshte nje prej kritereve kryesore te performances se filtrit deleukocitar. • OE Euromed nuk ka paraqitur mostren per filtrin deleukocitar per nje njesi te tipit bedside, duke sjelle ne vend te tij filtrin deleukocitar te trombociteve. Edhe ne kataloget e ofruar nga OE Euromed sipas kerkeses se Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit pika 2.3c, OE Euromed ka markuar filtrin deleukocitar per trombocite dhe ka vendosur gjithashtu ‘package insert” te ketij filtri. |
