Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 2. “Albaphoto” shpk: Arsyet e skualifikimit Autorizim prodhuesi i paraqitur nga OE per solucionet nuk eshte i vlefshem per te gjithe periudhen e prokurimit te kerkuar ne DST per 12 muaj. Autorizim prodhuesi i paraqitur nga OE per filmat eshte i vitit 2014 dhe nuk ka te percaktuar afatin qe operator ekonomik eshte I autorizuar per te kryer shitje ne emer te prodhuesit, duke mos plotesuar kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim kapaciteti teknik pika 2.3 F te kerkuara ne DST. Kontrata e paraqitur nga OE per furnizime te se njejtes natyre nuk eshte e plote pasi nuk ka te bashkelidhur aneksin 1 qe eshte pjese e kontrates sipas nenit 6 te saj duke mos plotesuar kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim kapaciteti teknik pika 2.3 A te kerkuara ne DST. |
