Komisioni i shqyrtimit te ankesava pas shqyrtimit te ankeses ka dale me Vendimin Nr. 1367 Prot. Date 01.04.2020 ne te cilin pranon ankimimin e OE “Pura Medical”shpk dhe i eshte kthyer pergjigje me shkresen Nr. 1367/1 Prot. 01.04.2020. Njesia e Prokurimit me shkresen Nr.1379 Prot. Date 02.02.2020 kryen Çpezullimin e procedeures dhe kalimin per rivleresim te procedures. Komisioni i vleresimit te ofertave ben rivleresimin e procedures, kualifikon edhe OE “Pura Medical”shpk. Me Vendim Nr. 88/03/2020 date 09.03.2020 KPP-ja vendos heqjen e pezullimit te procedures: Kerkese per Propozim – Marreveshje Kuader - me nje operator ekonomik ku te gjitha kushtet jane te percaktuara - me afat 12 muaj.
