DMD GROUP SHPK : • Formulari i ofertes ekonomik është në gjuhëm angleze, dokumentat e tenderit duhet te jen ne ghuhen shqipe • Cerifikata paraqitur ISO 9001:2015 e kompanise Cole parmes inetrantional e cila është certifikaur nga QMS International si trupër certifikuese por, ASCB nuk është Organ i Vleresimit të konformitetit ,i njohur nga Forumit Nderkombetar te Akreditimit (IAF), MLA/MRA, apo e EA ( si organizma ndërkombëtarë akreditues të njohur nga RSH). . Kjo Certifikate ISO, nuk plotëson kushtet e nenit 30 të VKM-së nr 914 datë VKM 914 datë 29.12.2014 « Për rregullat e prokurimit publik » . Nuk plotësohet pika 2.3 nëpika (b) e pikës 2 « Kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim » shtojcës nr.9. 2.
