Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “Advantage Dental” sh.p.k.: • Nuk ploteson kriterin e percaktuar tek shtojsa 9 , pika 2 “Kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim” - Kapacitetin ekonomik”, pika 2.2 , a/ Bilanci i vitit 2018 i pa konfirmuar nga tatimet. • Nuk ploteson kriterin e percaktuar tek shtojsa 9 , pika 2 “Kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim” “Kapacitetin ekonomik”, pika 2.2 , b/ - Nuk ka paraqitur veretim xhiro per vititn 2019. • Nuk ploteson kriterin e percaktuar tek shtojsa 9 , pika 2 “Kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim” - Kapaciteti teknik”, pika 2.3/ a- Furnizime te mëparshme të ngjashme në një vlerë jo me te vogel se 40 % e fondit limit objekt prokurimi të realizuara gjatë tre viteve të fundit; Te gjitha faturat qe jane depozituar jane per pajisje dentare dhe jo per materiale stomatologjike.
