BUNA" SHPK, per arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur oferte dhe dokumente teknike. 3." SI. MAC. ALBANIA " SHPK, per arsye: 1)Nuk plotësohet kriteri 2.3 Kapaciteti teknik, pika a: a) Furnizime të mëparshme të ngjashme në një vlerë prej 20% të vlerës se fondit limit/ vlerës së pritshme të kontratave, të realizuara gjatë tre viteve të fundit nga data e shpalljes së njoftimit të kontratës të kësaj procedure prokurimi. Data e shpalljes se njoftimit te kontratës është 06.01.2023. Fatura tatimore e shitjes daton më 16.01.2023, pra është jashtë kufijve kohore te periudhës së lejuar. 2) Nuk plotësohen specifikimet teknike, si me poshtë: a) Lartësia është e rregullueshme në mënyrë elektrike: 595-1035mm.
