Ka pasur ankesa nga operatori ekonomik “Medi - Tel” SHPK, me objekt vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur prej tij per kete procedure prokurimi. Më datë14.07.2023 Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, pasi dëgjoi relatorin e çështjes, shqyrtoi parashtrimet me shkrim e pretendimet e ankimuesve, dhe pasi diskutoi çështjen në tërësi dhe vendosi: Të pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Medi - Tel” SHPK 2. Të pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Eco Riciklim” SHPK 3. Autoriteti kontraktor të anulojë vendimin e KVO-së për skualifikimin e operatorëve ekonomik “Medi - Tel” SHPK dhe “Eco Riciklim” SHPK, dhe të korrigjojë shkeljet e konstatuara si më sipër, duke i kualifikuar këta operatorë ekonomik. Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: -V.A.L.E. RECYCLING , per arsye: - Referuar kriterit nr.2.4.1 OE VALE Recycling ka paraqitur kontraten te lidhur me shoqerine “Eko Elb”sha me nr.167 prot date 31.03.2023 ku rezulton se kjo kontrate eshte me afat 3-mujor dhe efektet e kesaj kontrate zgjasin deri me 31.06.2023,kohe e pamjaftueshme per te mbuluar afatin e zbatimit te kontrates. Ne lidhje me kriterin 2.3 sqarojme se nga ana e OE ne formularin e vetedeklarimit nuk eshte percaktuar pesha e automjetit jo me e madhe se 3.5 ton me ngarkese si kerkohet ne perputhje me kete kriter.
