Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: 1.“MEDFAU” shpk , per arsye: - Mungon sigurimi i ofertës - Nuk ka licencë të vlefshme për të kryer veprimtarinë import, eksport, instalim dhe mirëmbajtje ose veprimtarinë mirëmbajtje të burimeve të rrezatimit jonizues përgjatë gjithë kohëzgjatjes së kontratës, licencë kjo e leshuar nga Komisioni i Mbrojtjes nga Rrezatimi, në përputhje ligjin nr. 8025 datë 09.11.1995 “Për mbrojtjen nga rrezatimet jonizuese” i ndryshuar. - Xhiron vjetore për tre vitet e fundit e ka të specifikuar për një procedurë tenderimi tjetër. - Shtojca 9 nuk është plotësuar sipas formatit të kërkuar në DST. - Sa më sipër pas shqyrtimit të dokumentacionit ligjor dhe teknik si dhe verifikimit të ofertës për gabime aritmetike, Komisioni i Vlerësimit të Ofertave konkludon se oferta e Operatorit ekonomik “MEDFAU”shpk, nuk është në përputhje me kërkesat e tenderit. |
