Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: “ALMEDICAL” shpk , per arsye: - bazuar në Dokumentet Standarte të Tenderit: Seksioni 2; Kriteret e vecanta të kualifikimit, pika 2.3: Kapaciteti teknik, pika d, ku citohet se : Nëse ka mungesa mostrash për artikuj te veçantë, atëherë oferta do te quhet jo e rregullt dhe rrjedhimisht do te s’kualifikohet..., dhe konstatuar kjo gje dhe me procesverbalin e mbajtur në datë 09.05.2023 ndërmjet Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave dhe OE ALMEDICAL, rezulton se mostra me nr. 35, nuk i plotëson specifikimet teknike të kërkuara dhe për këtë arsye nuk është i përshtatshëm për aparatin, për mostrën me nr 55 rezulton se nuk është brenda përmasave të kërkuara si dhe nuk është sterile. |
