PORSCHE ALBANIA SH.P.K, pasi nuk ka deklaruar adresen apo dokumentin konkret mbi bazen e te ciles/cilit autoriteti mund te beje verifikimin e vetdeklarimeve. Në datën 03.07.2025 nëpërmjet sistemit të ankesave elektronike njëherazi pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik dhe autoritetit kontraktor, është administruar ankesa me numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/5514 dhe me nr. 1753 prot., datë 03.04.2025 e operatorit ekonomik “PORSCHE ALBANIA” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit. Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me pezullimin e procedurës dhe vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “PORSCHE ALBANIA” SHPK, në procedurën e mësipërme të prokurimit. KPP me vendim Nr. 884/2025 datë 10.07.2025, vendos: 1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Porsche Albania” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së prokurimit. |
