Janë skualifikuar Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. OE “EGIAN MED” sh.p.k, pasi Në shtojcën 3, Lista e Çmimeve të Artikujve, e paraqitur nga OE, vërehet se për artikullin nr. 19 (Detergjent), OE ka ofertuar jo në përputhje me sasinë e kërkuar nga AK. Nga ana e AK është kërkuar sasia prej 19 Litra (sipas shtojcës 7 të DT), ndërkohë OE ka ofertuar vetëm për sasinë 4 Litra. Në këto kushte oferta e OE konsiderohet si e pavlefshme nga ana e KVO pasi formulari i ofertës nuk është në përputhje me kërkesat e specifikuara të njoftimit të kontratës dhe dokumenteve të tenderit. Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
