Ky operator nuk i disponon keto mjete. 2. “EN-EL” shpk, për këto arsye: - Ka paraqitur si dokument vetem nje Formular Oferte pa vlere fare (bosh) dhe nje Ekstrakt Historik te regjistrit themeltar. |
