Ka pasur ankesa nga Operatoret ekonomik 1. Në datën 27.09.2024 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi elektronik me nr. A/2024/4602 i operatorit ekonomik BOE “Nika SHPK & Silver” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit “E kufizuar, mbi kufirin e lartë monetar” me fond limit 408,646,628 Lekë pa TVSH. _______________________________________ Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga BOE “Nika SHK & Silver” SHPK. - Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik arsyeton se BOE nuk permbush kriteret per kualifikim dhe publikon arsyet e skualifikimit te BOE “Nika SHPK & Silver” SHPK. 2. Në datën 26.09.2024 pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi elektronik me nr. A/2024/4600 i operatorit ekonomik “QuantX IT Solutions” SHPK. _________________________________________ Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ankimues “Dion.Al” SHPK. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik publikon arsyet e skualifikimit për të cilat operatori ekonomik ankimues “Dion.Al” SHPK. |
