Në datën 08.05.2026, nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike, pranë autoritetit
kontraktor dhe njëherazi pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi
elektronik me nr. A/2026/6632 si dhe nr. Protokolli 1426/2026 datë 08.05.2026 i operatorit
ekonomik “Vilnik Motors” SHPK, për procedurën e prokurimit. Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me shfuqizimin e vendimmarrjes së komisionit të
vlerësimit të ofertave për kualifikimin e ofertës së paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Serdado”
SHPK dhe operatori ekonmik “Auto Manoku Servis” SHPK, në procedurën e sipërpërmendur
të prokurimit. KPP me Vendim Nr. 759/2026 datë 08.06.2026, vendos: 1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Vilnik Motors” SHPK me nr. A/2026/6632 si dhe nr. Protokolli 1426/2026 datë 08.05.2026 për procedurën e prokurimit “E hapur”. 2. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Vilnik Motors” me nr. A/2026/6634 si dhe nr. Protokolli 1435/2026 datë 11.05.2026 SHPK në procedurën e sipërpërmendur të prokurimit. 3. Autoriteti kontraktor të rivlerësojë operatorin ekonomik “Auto Manoku Service” SHPK dhe operatorin ekonomik “Serdado” SHPK sipas konstatimeve të shprehura në këtë vendim. |
