    1. Nord – Comat SHPK për arsye se:
    a. Nuk ka paraqitur deklaratë mbi përmbushjen e specifikimeve teknike, sipas Shtojcës 5.
    b. Nuk plotëson kërkesën 2.3.2 për kualifikim lidhur me disponimin e stafit, nuk ka në stafin e vet arkitekt/urbanist dhe inxhinier mjedisi (Inxhinierët nuk figurojnë në listëpagesat e kompanisë për periudhën Shkurt 2015 deri Gusht 2015. Ndonëse kontratat me inxhinieret janë lidhur në muajin qershor 2015, deri në muajin tetor 2015 për inxhinierët nuk janë paguar sigurimet shoqërore).

    2. Vler Invest SHPK (70%), Infratech SHPK (20%) dhe Arkimade SHPK (10%) për arsye se:
    a. Shoqëria Vler Invest SHPK nuk plotëson kërkesën për realizimin e shërbimeve të ngjashme, pasi për shërbimet e deklaruar nuk ka paraqitur asnjë fature tatimore.
    b. Shoqëria Arkimade SHPK nuk ka paraqitur Ekstraktit të Regjistrit Tregtar për të Dhënat e Subjektit, Ekstraktit mbi Historikun e Subjektit, të lëshuara nga Qendra Kombëtare e Regjistrimit, si dhe vetëdeklarimin e subjektit, sipas Shtojcës 8 Deklaratë mbi Gjendjen Gjyqësore.
    c. Shoqëria Arkimade SHPK nuk plotëson kërkesën për realizimin e shërbimeve te ngjashme, pasi për shërbimet e deklaruar nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokument për ketë qellim.
