Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike “Alko Impex General Construction” sh.p.k dhe “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k : • Operatori ekonomik “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k, pjesetar i bashkimit te operatoreve ekonomike “Alko Impex General Construction” sh.p.k dhe “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriterin 2.2.1 te Kritereve te veçanta të kualifikimit, per sa i perket xhiros mesatare te realizuar nga Operatori Ekonomik gjate tre viteve te fundit 2016, 2017 dhe 2018, sipas percaktimeve te nenit 74, pika 3 e VKM Nr. 914, datë 29.12.2014, i rishikuar, ku percaktohet se kërkesat ekonomike, financiare, profesionale dhe ato teknike duhet të përmbushen nga i gjithë bashkimi, në përputhje me përqindjen e pjesëmarrjes në punë, shërbim apo furnizim, të përcaktuara në akt marrëveshje. • Operatori ekonomik “Alko Impex General Construction” sh.p.k pjesetar i bashkimit te operatoreve ekonomike “Alko Impex General Construction” sh.p.k dhe “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.1 te Kritereve te veçanta të kualifikimit per sa i perket pervojes se meparshme te ngjashme, sipas percaktimeve te nenit 74, pika 3 e VKM Nr. 914, datë 29.12.2014, i rishikuar, ku percaktohet se kërkesat ekonomike, financiare, profesionale dhe ato teknike duhet të përmbushen nga i gjithë bashkimi, në përputhje me përqindjen e pjesëmarrjes në punë, shërbim apo furnizim, të përcaktuara në akt marrëveshje. • Operatori ekonomik “Alko Impex General Construction” sh.p.k ka paraqitur nje kontrate te ngjashme per “Mirembajtje bazuar ne performace te segmenteve rrugore” e cila jo vetem nuk ka ngjashmeri ne natyren e punimeve, kompleksitetin, metodologjine, etj por nuk ploteson vleren e kerkuar sipas perqindjes as per kushtin 2.3.1/a apo 2.3.1/b. • Operatori ekonomik “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k pjesetar i bashkimit te operatoreve ekonomike “Alko Impex General Construction” sh.p.k dhe “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriterin 2.3.2 te Kritereve te veçanta të kualifikimit per sa i perket punësimit mesatar të punonjësve për periudhën Janar 2019 – Korrik 2019, sipas percaktimeve te nenit 74, pika 3 e VKM Nr. 914, datë 29.12.2014, i rishikuar, ku percaktohet se kërkesat ekonomike, financiare, profesionale dhe ato teknike duhet të përmbushen nga i gjithë bashkimi, në përputhje me përqindjen e pjesëmarrjes në punë, shërbim apo furnizim, të përcaktuara në akt marrëveshje. Sipas perqindjes se përcaktuar në akt marrëveshje operatori ekonomik “Signs & Road Safety Solutions” sh.p.k duhet te plotesoje nje numer punetoresh disa here me te larte se numri i paraqitur. 2.
