Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “GENER 2” SHPK, për këto arsye: - Ne formularin e vetdeklarimit, Pjesa e III-te, pika B Deklarate “Per disponimin e punonjesve të nevojshëm për realizimin e punimeve objekt kontrate” nuk ka plotesuar emrat e punonjesve, profesionin, dhe rolin qe ka ne shoqeri . Nuk ka vetdeklarim per stafin kryesor dhe stafin ndihmes siç kerkohet ne formularin e vetdeklarimit dhe ne DST. - Nuk përmbush kriterin 2.3.1 punë e ngjashme pasi ne preventivin e punimeve jane parashikuar. 2. “BE - IS” SH.P.K & “CURRI” SHPK & “VELLEZERIT HYSA” SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk Ploteson Kriterin 2.3.1 a) punë të ngjashme për një objekt të vetëm në një vlerë jo më të vogël se 50% e vlerës së përllogaritur të kontratës që prokurohet dhe që është realizuar gjatë pesё viteve të fundit, nga data e shpalljes së njoftimit të kontratës - Nje nga drejtuesit teknik te OE “VELLEZERIT HYSA” ne kundershtim me ligjin eshte i punesuar ne Administrate Shteterore. 3.
