Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike e meposhtem: 1. Joshs Tex sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk ka paraqitur mostrat e kerkuara ne daten e hapjes se ofertave -Ka mangesi te theksuara ne dokumentacionin e paraqitur 2. BOE Malbertex sh.p.k dhe Univers Promotions sh.p.k, per arsye: -Ka paraqitur mostrat, por nuk jane sipas specifikimeve teknike -Ka paraqitur test raportet, por nuk jane sipas tabelave te kerkuara ne specifikimet teknike nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. -Nuk ka plotesuar sakte formularin permbledhes te deklarimit , shtojca nr.8 -Perqindja e furnizimit qe ka marre persiper Malbertex ne kontraten e bashkepunimit nuk perkon me shumen e marre persiper ne preventiv. 3. BOE Everest sh.p.k dhe Fital sh.p.k, per arsye: -Ka paraqitur mostrat, por nuk jane sipas specifikimeve teknike -Ka paraqitur test raportet, por nuk jane sipas tabelave te kerkuara ne specifikimet teknike nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. -Nuk ka paraqitur Autorizim prodhuesi per veshjet. 4.
