Eshte skualfikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: -“PREKA”, per arsye: - Ne kerkesat teknike per kualifikim te dokumentave standarte te tenderit si kriter kualifikues eshte percaketuar: “2.2.3 Operatorët Ekonomik në momentin e hapjes së ofertave, duhet të paraqesin nga një mostër për te gjithe artikujt/zërat e preventivit. Dorëzimi i mostrave, të bëhet pranë Shoqërisë Rajonale Ujësjellës-Kanalizime Shkoder Sh.A. Data e dorëzimit të mostrave të jetë data e hapjes së ofertave data 15.07.2024, deri në orën 10:00. Mostrat e dorëzuara jashtë këtij afati, nuk do të pranohen nga AK. – Së bashku me mostrat ofertuesi duhet të japë edhe një shkresë të vulosur dhe firmosur ku të listohen mostrat që ndodhen në kuti. Mos-dorëzimi i mostrave në momentin e hapjes së ofertave ose mospërputhja e mallrave të ofruara me mostrat e paraqitura, është kusht për skualifikim. Nëse ka mungesa mostrash për artikuj të veçantë, atëherë oferta do të quhet jo e rregullt dhe rrjedhimisht do të skualifikohet” Operatori ekonomik ofertues “PREKA” nuk eshte paraqitur per te dorezuar mostrat sipas percaktimit te mesiperm, prandaj nuk kualifikohet ne kete procedure prokurimi. |
