Edhe pse ka paraqitur deklarate qe permbush kriteret e pergjitheshme, nuk ploteson piken 1 te Kritereve te Pergjithshme pasi nuk ka ne objekt te aktivitetit sipas QKB-se " “Sherbim nga Shtypshkronje". b.
