BOE “SHPRESA-AL” shpk & “EC Pro Partners” shpk, pasi oferta vlerësohet anomalisht e ulët. 3. OE “SENKA” shpk, pasi në këtë procedurë prokurimi nuk ka paraqitur asnjë dokumentacion përveç se ISO-ve. 4.
