Në datën 06.03.2025 nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të
Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankimi elektronik me nr. A/2026/6397, protokolluar me
nr. 7303/2026 prot, datë 09.03.2026, e operatorit ekonomik “Kreatx” SHPK, me anë të së cilës
kërkohet modifikimi i dokumenteve të procedurës së mësipërme të prokurimit. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr. 439 date 30.03.2026 vendosi 1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Kreatx” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti Kontraktor te kryej modifikimet dhe sqarimet perkatese te DST per proceduren e prokurimit.
