"EN-EL " sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Ka paraqitur ne sistem vetem ektraktin e QKB-se, pa asnje dokument tjeter shoqerues. 2. “GENNER 2“ sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Ne sistem eshte paraqitur vetem nje pune e ngjashme dokumentacioni i se ciles nuk eshte i plote ,pasi mungon formulari i vleresimit i leshuar nga enti publik perkates. 3. "Shansi Invest" sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson kushtin per numrin mesatar te punonjesve ne listepagese.
