Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Pastrime Silvio shpk”, për këto arsye: - ka paraqitur kerkese nr. 278 prot date 06.05.2021 me ane te te ciles kerkon me vllnetin e tij qe te heq dore nga kjo procedure. 2. “Alko-Impex General Consturicion shpk”, për këto arsye: - nuk ploteson piken 3.11. germa C, ku kerkohet qe OE te paraqese deklarate me ane te se ciles deklaron se mjetet e percaktuara ne dokumentat e tenderit nuk jane te angazhuara ne kontrata ose procedura te tjera. |
