Nuk ka dokumenta qarkullimi. - Fabrika e asfaltit e paraqitur nuk është “Fabrikë asfaltobetoni mobile (gjysmë e rimorkueshme)” si është kërkuar në Kriteret teknike. 2. ‘‘Company Riviera 2008‘‘, për këto arsye: - Minieskavatori model BOBCAT 435, faturë tatimore nr. 74, datë 12. 03. 2020, është eskavator me zinxhirë. Nuk ka dokumenta qarkullimi. - Ështe paraqitur freze asfalti nepermjet kontrates se huaperdorimit nr. 16347 rep, date 22. 12. 2020, fature tatimore me nr. 44, date 28. 02. 2009.
