Vendimi i Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik Nr. 487/2021, datë 17.08.2021 Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Univers Promotions” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka permbushur kriterin 2.3.5, kapaciteti teknik i kritereve te veçanta të kualifikimit, sepse mostrat e mallrave objekt prokurimi, te paraqitura nga OE ofertues, pasi u derguan per analiza, ne permbushje te kriterit 2.3.6, prane laboratorit te akredituar ne Republiken e Shqiperise ne fushen e tekstilkonfeksioneve, per treguesit fiziko-mekanik e kimik te lendes se pare te perdorur nga prodhuesi, na rezulton se jane thellsisht ne mosperputhje me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara ne dokumentet e tenderit.
