Egian Med shpk, për këto arsye: - Katalogu i paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ofertues nuk është katalog teknik por katalog tregtar dhe në të nuk pasqyrohen të dhënat teknike minimale të pasqyruara më Shtojcën 5 Specifikimet teknike por vetëm përshkrime të përgjithshme të funksionalitetit të produktit dhe dendësisë së solucionit. 2. Atlantik 3 shpk, për këto arsye: - Katalogu i paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik ofertues nuk është katalog teknik por katalog tregtar dhe në të nuk pasqyrohen të dhënat teknike minimale të pasqyruara më Shtojcën 5 Specifikimet teknike por vetëm përshkrime të përgjithshme të funksionalitetit të produktit. 3.
