Referuar VKM Nr. 553, date 15.07.2020 “Per miratimin e listes se infrastrukturave kritike te informacionit dhe te listes se infrastrukturave te rendesishme te informacionit”, AK ka nje sistem informacioni kritik me te nderlikuar, sic eshte sistemi i monitorimit dhe komandimit, nderkohe qe ne sistemet bankare, aty ku OE ofertues ka paraqitur kontratat e ngjashme konsiderohen si me te lehta dhe jo institucione publike, sipas pershkrimit te ketij kriteri. |
