Eshte s’kualifikuar ofertuesi i mëposhtëm: 1) Shoqeria “Shendelli” shpk Fier kishte mangësi të dokumentave ligjore. a)Nuk ploteson kriterin sipas te cilit shoqeria duhet te kete deshmite per mjetet dhe pajisjet teknike,pasi nuk permbush kriterin per Skrep cope 2. b) Nuk ploteson kriterin pune te ngjashme pasi operatori ka paraqitur pune te ngjashme per objektin qe prokurohet me kontraten nr.130 date 17-04-2017 vlera e te cilit ne total eshte 3,103,440 leke nderkohe qe vlera e kerkuar ne DST eshte 3,328,520 leke. c) Operatori nuk ka sjelle deklaratat ne formen e kerkuar nga ligji, per kete arsye quhen nul (te pasjella) pasi operatori nuk i ka nenshkruar keto deklarata qe do te thote qe operatori nuk merr persiper permbushjen e specifikimeve teknike,nuk vertetohet gjendja e tij gjyqesore si dhe deklaraten mbi konfliktin e interesit. |
