SHAMO - CONSTRUCTION shpk, ka ndryshuar sasine ne nje nga zerat e preventivit. KVO vendos qe ofertuesi te mos kualifikohet. 3. Ofertuesi CAUSHI SHPK, nuk ka përmbushur kërkesat për kualifikim te kerkuara ne dokumentat e tenderit e konkretisht: Per kriterin e mjeteve ku kerkohet; Automjete vetshkarkuese me mase maksimale te autorizuar 22-26 ton (cope 1) Automjete vetshkarkuese me mase maksimale te autorizuar 12-16 ton (cope 2) Ofertuesi CAUSHI ka paraqitur mjete mbi tonazhin e kerkuar (nga 32 ton deri 40 ton).
