Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Janë s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Bashkim Operatoresh Ekonomik- EROIL SHA dhe DAS OIL SHPK, Për arsye se : Dokumentacioni ligjor administrativ i paraqitur rezultoi i manget . a) Nuk ploteson Kriteret e pergjithshme te Pranimit/Kualifikimit te DST Sipas Shtojces 9, “Deklarate mbi Gjendjen Gjyqesore” sepse si BOE te dy duhet te dorezonin deklaraten dhe Firma DAS OIL shpk nuk e ka dorezuar. b) Nuk ploteson kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit pika 2.1.2 –Kapaciteti Ligjor i operatoreve ekonomik te DST-se, ku eshte kerkuar vertetim qe operatori ekonomik i ka plotesuar te gjitha detyrimet e taksave dhe tarifave vendore te vitit 2017 te leshuar nga Administrata e Qeverisjes Vendore pasi mungojne- kane paguar vetem taksat vendore te vitit 2016. Gjithashtu ne taksat vendore te paguar per vitin 2016 ishin taksat e Bashkise Tirane, Bashkise Lezhe, Bashkise Elbasan, Bashkise Kukes, Bashkise Shkoder dhe nuk u pa lidhja nese kane nje pike karburanti ne Durres. |
