a. Nuk ka paraqitur pune te ngjashme te sakte per te plotesuar Kriterin pune te ngjashme.
b. Nuk ka nje objekt me qera ose ne pronesi ne Bashkine Lushnje, kjo gje bie ne kundershtim me Dokumentat Standarte te Tenderit, Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti teknik, pika 2.
2. “Çunat tone”
a. Nuk ka kontrate te objektit ne pronesi ose me qera ne Bashkine Lushnje, kjo gje bie ne kundershtim me Dokumentat Standarte te Tenderit, Kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti teknik, pika 2.
b. Nuk ka paraqitur oferte per objektin e prokurimit.
3. “4S” shpk
