Bashkimi i Operatoreve ”Maliq Haka P.F & Vellezerit Hysa Shpk” “Maliq Haka” nuk ka sjelle flete analizën e stabilizantit për sasinë e detyruar qe do te sjelle sipas kontratës se bashkëpunimit te dt.24.03.2018 .Nuk ka sjelle asnjë kontrate furnizimi me asnjë operator ekonomik i cili disponon sasinë e kërkuar te dhënë ne dst, e cila patjetër duhej shoqëruar edhe me flete analizën përkatëse për te vërtetuar cilësinë e stabilizantit . 2. Operatori ekonomik ”Caushi” Shpk Sipas kritereve te veçanta te kualifikimit në pikën 2.3.3 te DST kërkohet qe operatori ekonomik të paraqes flete analize për stabilizantin: Nga verifikimi i dokumentacionit te paraqitur nga shoqëria Caushi rezulton se flete analizat e paraqitura janë te shoqërisë Babasi SHPK. Nga shoqëria Caushi nuk është paraqitur asnjë dokument ku te vërtetojë se ka lidhur një kontrate bashkëpunimi apo furnizimi me këtë shoqëri. |
