1. Bashkimi i operatoreve “A&T” dhe “Olsi shpk” me marzh fitimi 11.5 %
Është skualifikuar për arsye se nuk ka paraqitur :
a- Kontratat e bashkepunimit nuk jane ne perputhje me nenin 74 pika 2 te RRPP –se, pasi nuk eshte percaktuar % e bashkepunimit dhe mungon prokura e posacme.
b- Nuk jane paraqitur nga operatori Olsi shpk dhe 2A2F - L OIL vertetim nga tatim taksave te kontributeve te sigurimeve shoqerore.
c- Nuk jane paraqitur nga Operatori Olsi shpk dhe nga operatori 2A2F- L OIL vertetim nga OSHEE qe skane detyrime.
d- Lista e paraqitur nga Operatori Olsi shpk nen logo BOIV –OIL nuk permban dokumentat e kerkuara per stacionet e shitjeve te karburanteved ne piken Durres, Fushe-Kruje dhe Lac.
2. Operatori Ekonomik DAS OIL me marzh fitimi 9.6 %
Eshte skualifikuar se per arsye se nuk ka paraqitur:
a- DAS OIL per pikat e stacioneve te karburanteve Lac dhe Vore nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kerkuar: ( Leje mjedisore tipi C te leshuar nga QKL, vertetim teknik nga ISHTI, akt teknik MZHS, police sigurimi nga shoqerite e sigurimeve. Per piken e furnizimit ne Durres operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur leje mjedisore te tipit B per shitje me shumice.
b- Nuk ka paraqitur nje faqe te menaxhimit (web page te karburantit) dhe manualin e perdorimit te tij. |
